I found out about Clare through a client of mine. I noticed the change in her energy and health. She seemed to have had similar symptoms to me before she went to see Clare. Especially sugar cravings, mood swings, being out of balance and fatigue. I had also yo yo dieted for years, so wanted to find something I could follow for life.
My first session with Clare was September 2013. I did a metabolic typing test first so Clare could decide what type of food suited my body. Clare was very helpful and encouraging, she told me my metabolic type was “protein”, so I followed a new eating plan for 6 weeks, felt more energised and lost a stone in weight which was a bonus. The next stage was to learn how to add more good carbohydrates to my diet. It made me think about food more and to take the time to think about how it made me feel, and to take life at a slower pace.
I thought I knew a lot about nutrition before going to see Clare. I am now more educated about food, supplements and health. Clare makes the sessions interesting and gives you the confidence to keep going and to continue to make the right lifestyle choices.
Eight months on I have more energy and am enjoying clean living. Now I have the knowledge I can carry on myself. I would highly recommend Clare at Guardian Angel Fitness. Thanks Clare for all your hard work.
