We are all biochemically unique, for example, one person might drink a weak coffee and feel anxious, hyper and jittery, another may drink a triple espresso and feel no effects. Another person might eat lamb chop for lunch with the fat slice and feel sleepy and sluggish afterwards while another could polish it off and feel merely satisifed with their meal. The same people might have a light chicken salad at dinner time, the first person may feel bright and energised and the second may feel hungry and unsatieted.
When our biochemistry is in perfect balance we feel at our best. If we eat the right things for our us we help to balance ourselves and when we eat the wrong things we push ourselves out of balance. The longer our body is out of balance the more it has to compensate and over time we develop symptoms and then chronic degnerative diseases.
