What is Metabolic Typing?
How is it that one person does great on a diet but their friend doesn’t. Why is it that one person can drink orange juice and feel sleepy and another feels hyper? The answer is that different people react differently to the same foods. The science of Metabolic Typing provides a method by which to determine which foods precisely will make you feel better and be healthier.
Ideal weight is achieved by doing this because the body’s supply of energy is perfectly proportioned so more of the food you consume is converted to usable energy rather than stored as fat.
