Personal Training is way more than just exercise . Personal Training is about your life . You need to find ways to merge the new stuff you want with the old stuff you like.

Lifestyle Assessment

We start with a lifestyle assessment. We look at what you want to achieve, what you need to do and what's stopping you?

Realistic Goals

Your goals start off being bitesize and motivating.  As you learn more about what you can achieve - your goals grow.  Small changes put into practice mean you get a taste of success and you find your momentum.  Your will-power and your determination soar because you know what you want and you know what you have to do to get it!

A Plan

You receive a clearly made out plan of what you are going to do. Each meeting we have reinforces the successes you have made and comes up with solutions to problems you encounter.

It is best to plan to give yourself at least 6 months with your trainer. This can be 2 or more times a week, or weekly, fortnightly even monthly. Best results begin with initial meetings twice a week.

Essential Ingredients

Before you start you must consider whether you are prepared to take advice, make changes and see it through. If you don't have complete optimism before you start about how much you want to do this you will hold yourself back. Attitude pays dividends and you truly get out what you put in . Desire to have your goal is absolutely the essential ingredient.
