I first met Clare a number of years ago when she worked miracles with my bad back. I’ve moved away from Harrogate since then, but still hear regular glowing reports from members of my family who Clare has helped with back and neck problems.
For the last few years I have experienced ‘night terrors’: waking up about 10 minutes after I fall asleep, sometimes shouting, and sometimes even screaming. Not a nice experience for me, nor for anyone in the near vicinity! At first I found them quite amusing, but I reached the stage that I didn’t want to go to sleep, as I know that I would wake up in a state of panic soon afterwards. One of my family said that Clare helped with this sort of problem, so I booked to see her.
Clare did mountains of research on diet, exercise, and emotional factors to highlight whether the night terrors were due to chemical, physical, or emotional triggers. We did some alignment work, looking at what may be causing a lack of connection between conscious and subconscious thoughts and actions.
At the start of the process, Clare asked me for a positive outcome to work towards. I wanted to understand what was causing the terrors, and for them to stop or be greatly reduced. With Clare’s support, I have achieved both. This has been via a series of ‘light bulb’ moments: making the links to understand the whole picture of how I operate.
The terrors were a way of saying that my body was out of sync with itself. Clare has helped me to understand why they were happening, and I am now choosing to handle certain situations in a different way by either tackling them, or just letting them go, not ‘parking’ them for later.
I now look forward to going to sleep once again!
