I came to you as someone in a sedentary job with poor posture, irregular eating habits and feelings of general lethargy. My work could also be stressful at times.
Thanks to your skills in fitness training, nutritional advice, and sports massage therapy, I am now fitter, more toned all round, and have more energy than ever. I have also noticed that my physical coordination is very good, and I sleep well.
During the day I find that I automatically correct myself to maintain good posture whether seated or on the move, and I am able to lift a heavy load without the fear of muscle strain. In fact I am proud to share that my personal best for a deadlift is currently 90kg…. and rising! While most people my age are getting weaker, I am getting stronger.
As a 71 year old, but feeling years younger, I look forward to continuing in the positive manner that you have encouraged from the beginning.
