“Clare was recommended to me four years ago by a work college who was aware that I had suffered from back and posture problems for a number of years.
Clare soon established that work on the massage table was not going to be the solution for me and only a dedicated and focused exercise programme would bring about an improvement in my condition.
As I made progress Clare continued to vary and refocus the programme to match my needs. Slowly my back problems disappeared, struggling out of a chair, out of bed or with lifting became a thing of the past but I also noticed a major ‘side effect’, a huge improvement in my level of fitness.
So after discussions with Clare I decided to embark on a programme to further improve my fitness levels. Every week without fail Clare has different exercises and routines for me to practice and perfect. I have additionally taken up running and now I can pop out before my breakfast and complete the half marathon distance, thanks to Clare’s help, advice and guidance. Not bad for someone who is nearer 60 than 50 years of age.
Working with Clare is an integral part of my week. When I look back on the four years the progress I have made not only in sorting out my back problems but the improvement in my fitness, wellbeing and general health it is truly amazing and it is all down to Clare, My Hero. “
