did it! I completed my first marathon -
and I would like to credit you for being
a major part of my achievement.
I
can't believe you managed to get my poor
wrecked body back into sufficiently good
working order to enable me to run the event
injury free. It was astonishing.
From a start point of raging shin splints,
poor core stability, dodgy adductors and
poor nutrition I was transformed into a
fully functioning athlete with all cylinders
and muscles firing when and where they should!
